“ We had the special 6-course experience at Masa Saito. The risotto was slightly undercooked in some parts, with a few mouth of risotto a little firm. Some of the radish also had more fibre than expected, which affected the texture. That said, the brioche stood out — it was rich, flavourful, and paired beautifully with the tuna. Overall, it was still a good dining experience, and we appreciated the effort and creativity behind the dishes. ”

“ It was my wife and I 2nd anniversary, The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. The chef himself let us try some traditional japanese snack: Konpeito, It was very lovely and nostalgic, I would like to thank him for sharing it with our. Masa Saito's 5 course menu was creative and well-balanced. The tomato gelato was refreshing and surprising, setting the tone for the night. The brioche with wagyu and Kalix Lojrom was rich yet delicate, While the cold cappellini with uni and ikura stood out as the highlight and is my personal favourite. The seasonal fish course was subtle and comforting like a warm hug in the winter. The Spanish Iberico pork was hearty with an enticing smokey aroma, satisfying every bite of and managed to make the flavour compliment each other well. “ With each bite, you can tell that Chef Masa Saito lives for the craft and treats food not only as a necessity for the body, but also the soul. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, straight from different parts of Japan. The meal was not only a delight on the taste buds, but also on the eyes, nose, mouthfeel and ears. Not only were the dishes works of art, watching them being prepared in front of your eyes lovingly and carefully felt like performance art. You know exactly how your food is made and the transparency is also a testament of the skill and quality of ingredients. The ambience was both cosy and sophisticated, and the staff were friendly and professional. We also had a nice chat with Chef Masa Saito who was friendly and down to earth. My colleague and I had a wonderful lunch and I highly recommend the place, especially if you have someone you want to impress or introduce them to a nice meal and experience. ”

“ I had the omakase dinner with my mum on a quiet Friday evening and we loved it! The food was good, restaurant is cosy, chef is kind. “ Gathered a group of friends for dinner and we were quite impressed with the execution of the dishes. We absolutely loved the uni brioche which was really yummy! The fish, pork and beef were grilled to perfection. There is also a great selection of Sake to complete the whole experience. Service was warm and friendly too. We will definitely be back! Note: The chef is a man of few words but his dishes speaks volumes of his cooking skills. ”

“ Fabulous japanese lunch at a reasonable price. Value for money! The appetizers were so exquisite and beautiful that one would feel happy just looking at them. Chose the wagyu beef stew as main. The beef was very tender and smooth. I was surprised that though the portion was does not look much but felt rather full and decided against dessert or coffee. ”
