“ We had the special 6-course experience at Masa Saito. The risotto was slightly undercooked in some parts, with a few mouth of risotto a little firm. Some of the radish also had more fibre than expected, which affected the texture. That said, the brioche stood out — it was rich, flavourful, and paired beautifully with the tuna. Overall, it was still a good dining experience, and we appreciated the effort and creativity behind the dishes. ”

“ It was my wife and I 2nd anniversary, The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. The chef himself let us try some traditional japanese snack: Konpeito, It was very lovely and nostalgic, I would like to thank him for sharing it with our. Masa Saito's 5 course menu was creative and well-balanced. The tomato gelato was refreshing and surprising, setting the tone for the night. The brioche with wagyu and Kalix Lojrom was rich yet delicate, While the cold cappellini with uni and ikura stood out as the highlight and is my personal favourite. The seasonal fish course was subtle and comforting like a warm hug in the winter. The Spanish Iberico pork was hearty with an enticing smokey aroma, satisfying every bite of and managed to make the flavour compliment each other well.
